Data Entry Assistant

Data Entry Assistant

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Assistant. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is at ease with technology and can maintain a strong attention to detail.

Minimum 20 hours per week.

Required Responsibilities:

  • Precise data entry with high reliability expectations
  • Retain focus and attention to detail during repetitive tasks
  • Help convert printed materials to electronic format
  • Touch typing >30 WPM preferred
  • Experience with basic functions of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc) is required
  • Experience with databases (Access, Filemaker, SQL, etc) is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • One year of college education is preferred
  • High standardized test scores and high GPA preferred


  • Base salary commensurate with experience
