Return Policy

Unused books that you do not plan on using in your next scheduled course may be returned to Cambridge within 30 days of order date (not first class date).  A $4 restocking fee applies to each return.  No returns on your first-time-only “minimum of ten” order.  No returns on CDs, diagnostic assessment reports, web courses, or old editions of textbooks.  Accounts are credited for next order; no cash refunds.  Credit must be used within 12 months of its issue date.  Bookstores must use the credit within 60 days of its issue date.  No credit will be issued for damaged books.  Use a strong carton for returns.  Return shipping is your responsibility.
