Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped to arrive at least two days before your first class and will, if necessary, be shipped next-day. Saturday classes must order by Wednesday.  There is no guarantee on next-day Friday or Saturday deliveries.  Shipping charges will be added to your order (8.75% ground, 15.5% two-day, 20.25% next-afternoon).  Minimum shipping charges apply ($9.75 ground, $16.50 two-day, $21.25 next-afternoon).  For domestic assessment next-day services, add $19.50 shipping each way for classroom pre- and post-test pre-paid airbills.  Orders will not be processed for accounts more than 60 days past due.  Additional charges for overseas orders.  All orders will be processed the next business day.  For same-day processing, a fee of $25 plus an additional $1 per box will be added to your invoice.  Domestic residential orders and international orders (tariffs and fees paid upon delivery) FOB, place of shipment.
