End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of the eReader service (“eReader”) provided by Cambridge Educational Services (“Cambridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the eReader, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the eReader.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required by applicable law) to use this service. If accessing the eReader on behalf of a school, district, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept this EULA on its behalf. - Access and Authentication
Access is provided through an individual or institutional subscription. Authentication may be via systems like Clever or ClassLink. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must notify us immediately at support@cambridgeed.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. - Subscription and Use Term
Use of the eReader requires an active subscription, either directly or via your school, district, or institution. subscription terms — including content availability, access limits, and expiration — are defined in your institution’s service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if the subscription lapses, is canceled, or if you violate these terms. - License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the eReader solely for educational purposes. - Restrictions
You may not:
- Share or redistribute any eReader content externally.
- Copy, download, alter, modify, or decompile the platform or its content.
- Use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws or your institution’s policies.
- Third-Party Platform Integration
The eReader may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Clever, ClassLink) to streamline access. By using those integrations, you agree to the third-party providers’ terms and privacy policies. Cambridge does not control or assumes liability for third-party data practices. - Content and Availability
Content may include textbooks, practice tests, instructional tools, or other proprietary materials. We may update or remove content at any time, based on licensing agreements, curriculum changes, or platform improvements. Availability may vary according to your institution’s subscription level. - Intellectual Property
All content and software on the eReader are owned by Cambridge or licensed to us. All intellectual property rights remain with Cambridge or its licensors. - Privacy
Use of the eReader is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with applicable laws (e.g. FERPA, COPPA). - Service Interruptions
We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access. - Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access if we determine that you violated these Terms, tampered with the platform, or used the service inconsistently with your subscription agreement. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the eReader. - Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the eReader after modifications are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
