The Cambridge Victory for the SAT® Test three-volume set includes a supplementary volume, Power Standards, the most Essential Skills for the SAT Exam. At its core, the Power Standards book is about skills — and having a solid skills base is vital for students preparing for college or work. This workbook teaches students the most essential skills to plug skill gaps and increase confidence.

Each unit covers a different power standard aligned to the College Board’s skill/knowledge testing points, with the intention that students learn the most essential skills to master that standard. Examples and exercise items are written to meet students where they are academically, and each item is classified at a basic, intermediate, or advanced skill level. By exposing students to the appropriate item level, they are more apt to build confidence, understanding, and scores.

Cambridge’s AccelePrep for the New SAT Test is designed for those who want a highly concise and focused prep course — perfect for shorter prep courses, workshops, and boot camps — and want to learn how to best prepare for the changes found in the new online section-adaptive SAT test. This resource systematically addresses the two content sections of the test — combined reading/writing and math — in terms of design, adaptivity, timing, newly written passage types and question stems, and calculator-based multiple-choice and student-produced response items.

Based on the four content domains found in both reading/writing and math, students learn how to effectively navigate test content, avoid common errors and distractors, leverage the latest test features to maximize their score, and master strategies for the most frequently tested topics while experiencing high-value practice items. Throughout the resource there is an emphasis on the most Essential SAT Skills (power standards). A full-length practice test is also included so students can hone their test-taking abilities.

The teacher’s guide helps teachers teach the skills and strategies students need to approach the SAT efficiently and effectively. Over 30 hours of core content review allow teachers to provide content and test-strategy items, focusing on the topics most needed by students as revealed by their computer-generated lesson plans.

The Victory for the New SAT® Math Exam book includes powerful test-taking strategies, tips, and time management techniques, as well as detailed explanations of practice materials, skill mastery quizzes, and a full-length practice test. The companion Power Standards volume parallels the Victory book so teachers and students can expand their review as needed, covering basic, intermediate, and advanced SAT math skills. The practice book contains two additional full-length practice tests, an answer key, and explanations.

Cambridge provides practice testing (pre- and/or post-testing) with College Board-written SAT practice tests or Cambridge-written full-length practice tests. Each test includes a comprehensive group of data reports (premium or digital-now reports) analyzing your students’ test results.
